Shipping timeframe
- Orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
- If you order after 1 PM, shipping is delayed to the next business day
- Large items (e.g., TVs) may take up to 2 business days to ship.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of placing your order.
Localization & Delivery Zones
- Sellers ship only on business days; there’s no weekend/holiday shipping.
- UK users: Rainbow Phones ships within the UK.
- US users: Shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories.
Estimated delivery & signature
- If you simply changed your mind (no defect), still returnable within 14 days
- Seller pays shipping; Rainbow Phones covers insurance
Delivery problems

- If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it
