14-day free returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it—whether the item is wrong, defective, missing accessories, or you simply changed your mind. Returns are shipped back free of charge
- 6 Months warranty thereafter. After 14 days, coverage shifts to a 6-month warranty (starting at delivery)
This protects against hardware defects but does not cover :
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., reduced battery life) • Significant impact damage
- Liquid damage
- Third-party repairs or tinkering
Preparing your return
- Remove all personal data and perform a factory reset
- Remove SIM/eSIM and log out of any accounts (Google, iCloud, etc.)
- Include all original accessories and your order details in the package
Refund processing. Once the seller receives the item:
- Refunds are issued within up to 2 business days
- Repairs: up to 3 days (laptops/bulky = up to 5 days)
Refund timelines to your account vary by payment method (e.g., 5 days for credit cards)
Changed your mind” returns
- If you simply changed your mind (no defect), still returnable within 14 days
- Seller pays shipping; Rainbow Phones covers insurance
